Nearly 25 years since forming in Denton, Texas, multi-platinum country band Eli Young Band has come full circle. The band, consisting of Mike Eli, James Young, Jon Jones, and Chris Thompson, has transitioned from hometown heroes to global stars, all while staying true to their roots. Returning to their independent beginnings, the band is embracing creative freedom and the spirit that fueled their rise. Their new music, recorded at Panhandle House Studio in Denton-the same place where their breakthrough album Level was born-channels the raw energy of their early days, with tracks like “Home In Hometown” reflecting their deep Texas roots and experience on the road.
