For as long as Caleb Lee Hutchinson has been making music, he has rooted his creative process in the brutal honesty and rich storytelling tradition of country music’s roots. Hutchinson’s voice and wit inspired important collaborations on his 2019 self-titled debut EP. With his new project, “Southern Galactic,” Hutchinson explores new territory while maintaining his reverence for the honesty and storytelling that seeded his love for country music as a Georgia boy listening to Mississippi John Hurt and Waylon Jennings cassettes with his dad.

To enter the contest, listen to 100.5 The Twister, between Friday, September 26, 2025 at 5pm until Monday, September 29, 2025 at 7am for a secret code word. It will be repeated throughout the contest. You may enter one (1) time during each round of the contest: 09/26/2025 – 5:00pm CST through 09/29/2025 – 7:00am CST. After the conclusion of the contest, one (1) entry will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible online entries received during round (subject to verification of eligibility).
